On the ground floor of the Belveliero B&B, at our Winehouse bistro, we aim to take you on a sensory journey from the sea salami of the ancient tuna traps in Trapani, to the white and black Sicilian pork salami, Cinisara cow, sheep cheese, and Sicilian buffalo.
A culinary journey across Sicily, enjoyed through simple and genuine dishes paired with local wines. From the strong flavors of the tuna products paired with dry Zibibbo wine, to the land salami with red Pignatello, to the cheeses with Cataratto. And then the delicacies of the territory, from the Trapanese pesto with the savoriness of Grillo, to the eggplant caponata with Cerasuolo di Vittoria, from the pistachio pesto with a local Sauvignon to an Etna red with dried tomatoes.
